Our purpose built factory is meticulously planned keeping safety in mind. The floor layout is spacious and designed to allow safe movement of personnel and matarials.

All the machines have best in class safety features such as safety shutters, emergency cut-off mechanisms and alarms, etc. Dangerous section such as ovens, high voltage equipments, etc. are clearly marked and barricated. Our employees receive regular training on safe working practices.

We have invested in all-metal catalysts made by the firm KATEC KATALISATOREN (Germany) that offer the best performance and efficiency as it is important that the wire enamelling machines operate as long as possible with a low emission output and energy consumption.
